Delivery:
We try to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and avoid long waiting times. We cooperate with three delivery services. All orders within Ukraine are carried out by “Nova Poshta”, orders to Russia go through “SDEK”, we send to other countries by the “UPS” service.
Items in stock are shipped within 1-3 days. In the absence of goods in stock, the production time is from 7 to 12 days. We will send you the tracking number in your shipping notification email as soon as your order is ready. Delivery to all the countries:
We ship orders worldwide from our warehouse in Ukraine. Delivery is carried out by the “UPS” service, standard “UPS” delivery for international orders can take from 3 to 7 business days (the delay is possible only due to the fault of the delivery service).
Cost of delivery:
Our standard shipping fee is $25.
Estimated delivery time:
Standard international shipping time may take 3 to 7 days. Please note that delivery times are approximate and should be used as a guide. We are working to minimize delivery delays, AG STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Taxes and duties:
Import duties and taxes are not included in the check out price. These fees will be collected by the shipping service. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine costs.
